Installed my DVD player :)
Hi guys,
Just installed my Sony XAV-W1 dvd player. Used the ISO connecter plug so i didnt have to cut the wires and all works fine. All 6 speakers and sub in rear deck work without having to tap into the stock amp.
I got the accessories power source from the cigarette lighter.
Heres some pics:

Thanks guys, This is my first Sony head unit and it works quite well. The touchscreen is sensative so you dont have to push down the screen too much. The sound/picture quality is pretty good aswell.
I love the fact that you can change the background image, i chose the mercedes benz with the star so it looks abit OEM.
The Fascia that i baught had a large opening for the head unit and had a bit of a gap between the fascia and thr head unit. I had to make a custom trim between the fascia and the head unit so theres no gap so thats why it may not have 100% seamless fitment but it still looks alright.
