You will need resistors to make them shut off all the way and to fade. I guess I will find a set that has resistors built in already.

Thanks.

Footwell lights are the lights on the bottom of your door, correct?

I'm more interested in a set that already has resistors built in as well.
Unless someone can write a DIY for this procedure as I don't know what a resistor for a bulb looks like and the alignment process.
Forgot all the stuff I learned in physics already, aha.
LMK if you find some =]

I believe the foot well lights could be the courtesy lights under the door. Perhaps the later model w203 has the real foot well lights, but mine doesn't. Both light sources I think use the same type bulbs.

I am not sure where the other bulbs go.

I have 2 for Maplights
2 for doors
2 for dome lights

Not sure about the other 2. Maybe some cars have them in the foot wells but mine doesn't.

I contacted the company about a set with resistors built into them. I will let you know what they say. I am trying to have them put together a set of 6 to fit the w203.

Please let us know what they say. I've been looking at upgrading all my interior bulbs to LED's but have held off as I wanted to make sure they're all the same colour!!

Hopefully they offer a package with resistors....i don't mind paying a little bit more to get bulbs that will turn off!!

Could be the lights behind the visors.

Still waiting for a response on the resistor set.

They are sending me a set to try out. I will let you know if they work.

Resistors were too much and they didn't have a set. I will give these a try and send them back if they do not work out.

I received my set of bulbs in the mail yesterday, very fast shipping.

They are installed and work perfectly. They dim, turn off all the way and fit well. I order the white set and the light is much crisper than the factory bulbs.

The extra bulbs go behind the visors. No foot well lights, but all bulbs are included. I just ordered some for the trunk and glove box to complete the look.

I also ordered some error free plate bulbs and they work and look great.

I will get pics up at some point, gotta wait for it to get dark all the way.

I am not sure if it is just my car but I do not have any of the problems listed above.

Hope this helps.

Here are a few pics. I didn't get one of the lights on the bottom of the doors but they work as well.

Good light output.

It fits the 2005 Sedan. It should fit them all. 6418 bulb with resistors is what you need for your car.

When you say that you ordered the interior set posted at the top of this thread, are you referring to the OP's link?

Can you please post a link to the working interior set that you have
