Brakes - I'm stuck
I am changing pads on my sports packed (large brake calipers) C270 CDI, side 1 went well, 10 mins, on the other side, the pins holding the pads will not shift, they may have been knocked in too hard, any suggestions for removal, I dont want to punch to hard in case I do any damage.
I think the pins may bend, so perhaps order new ones nefore hitting really hard? Anyone else had this problem?
Anyone seen any good replacement wheels for the sports set up - 2 different rim sizes, as I may need to change due to a pothole!

Spray some penetrating oil on the pins. If this does not work gently apply some heat to the caliper with a gas torch & then punch pins.
