Starter Going Bad?

This all started about 2 weeks ago... I go to start my car and the electronics come one, but it will not turn over, or do anything for that matter. I take the key out and try it again, same thing. After doing this 5-6 times my car finally starts. When it does start it seems very slow to do so.

Is this my starter? Probably a dumb question, but I'll be the first to admit I'm not very tech savy with cars. It's a 2002 C320 with about 130,000 miles on it.

Also, no body that rides in my car seems to notice it, but from time to time it seems like my car is idling pretty rough. It's nothing serious, but I can feel it sometimes. I just replaced my CPS about 6 months ago.

I wish I had a video. It starts, but I can def tell a difference from when I first bought it to now. It seems like it takes a sec to actually turn over when it does want to start.

Slow turn-over could be the battery.

Likely battery or lazy alternator. Benz starter motors never give trouble.
