Im trying to buy this head unit because...well lets just say i "messed up" the stock HU. Anyway i dont want to waste money and go through the hassel of returning stuff if it isnt going to fit.
The last time a bought a harness for my stock HU it didnt fit because i had the bose sound system

IVE SEARCHED THE FORUMS FOR DAYS NOW. Im so confused because i havent gotten a clear picture of the Audio 20 in anyones 02 c230 coupe

So my question is...Will this fit? Keep in mind i have the Bose sound system which i wouldnt know if it mattered or not but im just putting that there lol

any help would be appreciated as i cant live without my music lol

Chris the Swede pretty much did it HERE. He used a Comand unit, instead of the Audio 20, but I would think the challenges would be similar. However, my understanding is that it is not going to work with the Bose system. Read through his thread, it might answer a good number of your questions.

I would think your easiest and cheapest solution would be to simply replace your stock HU.

That head unit would not be a direct swap for you, if you intend to do a "upgrade" you have to replace the entire center consol trim as well as the "plastic cage" that the radio would secure to. I just recently completed a Command 2.0 upgrade on a Bose system in my 02 coupe.

Just a note to consider, the Audio20 is for the Harmon Kardon surround sound in the facelift 05+ w203. You should consider a aftermarket double din.
