Man I wish I lived in CA! I'd drive the extra hour to get to either location (Reseda or HB).

Here I am in Charlotte (North Carolina, for you geographically challanged), and I bet there aren't three Benz owners in town who even know their car's chassis designation, much less mod it or want to get together!

You guys have fun, and be sure to post pictures of your meet, so we in the "uncivilized outlands" can enjoy vicariously!

dmatre, no problem, I know I will have my camera, along with a lot of other people. I have actually been to Charlotte about a dozen or more times in the past couple of years and one of the times I spent about 4 1/2 months out there working. It is very quiet and I hardly saw any modified cars out there. I saw a lot of trucks though and a couple of them had confederate flags on the back windows! I feel your pain as I have been and seen what you mean. Time to move out west!

BTW, Blueice, since you are down with both places I hope you don't mind but I put your name under the Northridge location as well...Thanks.

Comon now, 2 meets! That's not cool at all.

The point is that all of us from So. Cal. get together and kick it. I don't understand what the big debate is. I prefer Northridge and will back Jerry as he started all of this but in all seriousness, will go where the group goes. It's called supporting each other and anyway, isn't this whole thing about our cars? Look at it this way, you get to drive a little further and enjoy driving your Benz just a little longer!!!

c32god, the meet so far is in Northridge on Saturday, May 31st @ 3pm. There are directions on this thread somewhere. Please put your name on the list of the location of your choice. Thanks...

If there are to be two meets, let's do them on different days. That way, those who can will go to both, those who can't won't. Then there'll be more people and more cars at each one. Let's not split up the meet, caouse that'll only make it smaller.

Let's keep the Northridge one on May 31st, and if you southern guys want to do one in Hermosa, set a different date for that. I'm sur a lotta guys ('n gals!) would welcome the chance to get together twice.

Just an idea...

having 2 different meets and caravan to a same meeting spot will cause trouble. either some people get lost along the way and some people will just save the trouble and stay home.

lets just keep it at the same place. Northridge!

Too funny KWiK, lol! I agree with Jerry though, 2 meeting spots and then a drive to the main GTG will be too confusing. If we have 2 meets on 2 different days they will have to be at least a month apart or guaranteed, only half will show up at one and the other half to the other. The GTG is about a month away so I'm sure everyone has enough time to plan the drive to Northridge. Just so this meet happens and we can ALL get together, I am even willing to drive to Temecula!!! But that's not the point! Jerry, the GTG organizer chose Northridge, so in all fareness it should be NORTHRIDGE. I just don't see many people being that dedicated so I am starting to lose interest. Comon people, please copy and paste the list in your replies and put your name under the Northridge spot. Enough with the bickering already!!!
