Something strange happened
So I was pulling off the highway tonight and approaching a red light. Immediately when I came to a complete stop everything shut off. All my electrical turned off, my engine turned off, everything. An instant later the electrical turned right back on and my car started normally.

Has this every happened and what could be the problem? I am worried it might happen again.

haha I dont know. It happened so fast that I didn't notice that. My car did just come back from the body shop last week. I was rear ended a couple months back but I drove it for a month with a busted rear and never happened during that entire time.

things with and without wheels
Check the battery connections,body shop may have not tightened them enough

THE C350
i would also check behind the trunk liner and make sure there are no signs of water anywhere. while you are in there check around the rear sam.

nope no limp mode.. it started just fine. It was just an instant and went back to normal.

I initially thought this too but my car wouldnt have died. It would have been powered by the alternator.

hmm maybe the ground for the rear SAM is loose? that might be it.

99% of these sort of problems is a poor earth. I did not realise this car had, had a bash.

yup I just got her back from the body shop last week. I had a mercedes certified body shop fix her. I guess i'll be taking her back to them so they can check the wiring. I really don't feel like taking it apart if i don't have too haha.
