My 2002 c230 kompressor coupe threw a lean code. I was checking out the engine and found this hose was completely disconnected and its rubber thing that helped it connect was torn. I've searched and can't find anything that would lead me to find out what this hose is and I need to use this car this weekend for some crappy wedding. Help me please? I'll give you cookies?

it looks like a vaccum tube for the throttle body. Your probaly throwing a lean code because you have a vaccum leak caused by the ripe in the tube. I would just take the tube and find a matching size rubber tube at autozone or home depot. It'll probably cost you a $1, some times they throw it in for free if you buy something else with it.

Just find an elbow or rubber hose to reconnect it and clear the code.

I replaced it with some vaccum tubing from a kragen. Cut what I needed then put 2 clamps on it and cleared the code. Hopefully it won't come on again.
