OMG!!!
It works!!! I finally got it to work today!
I was standing there trying it out like an idoit as usual. I thought perhaps if I to hold it right next to the black square box? Pressed, no reaction. Used the second remote, pressed, no reaction.
I thought, maybe there is a setup in the car that I didn't turn on. Got into the car and played with the setup. Didn't see anything. Stepped out the car and decided to try it one more try.
This time, I stayed about 1 feet away and pressed unlock and hold. (since my windows was closed). After the car unlock and a flash of lights, load and behold, all the windows rolled downed!!!!
Okay, here's one thing i notice. My sunroof got kinda sticky half way and since it has a sensor on the windows, it went the other way. I notice it gets sticky. So now, what should I do in terms of getting this roll smoothly? Oil or greease at some points? If so, where to grease? Anyone had this issue and got it resolved?
I tried it a few other times, opening and closing. Works every press now. I guess the trick is 1 feet away from the black square.
Okay, I guess I got this item knocked off of things i need to play with on this car. hahaha.. What a glorious day it is!

Here is a video of my success.
It's not in the upright position and I don't have an editing software. Well, it's just a glimpse that it works so that you have an idea.

Okay. It was bright and sunny today. Did the same thing and nothing happens. Went to a shady area and no dice. I got crazy and press the close button so many times, that it even started to stop responding. I finally took a break and later found that the buttons was functional again (lock and unlock).
I was out trying again at night, and guess what. It works! I guess it's probably because of the bright sunlight durning the day. Actually, I found this quite ironic, especailly it only works durning night time. Well, at night time, I suppose it doesn't make sense to use when it's cool.
Oh. One other thing, you can test out your keys by using a digital camera and have the key tip pointed to the camera and press the button. You should see a purplish light from the key tip. If you see this, it means your keys are working as it suppose to be and that only points that the IR port on the door handle is not doing it's job.
