That sux. RAB Motors in Marin gives out Enterprise loaners plus Mercedes loaners if you wait a little longer for the appt.
Not sure what the policy is about having to have bought the car there to take advantage tho (I bought the car there so never had to ask).

european motors in sf i think lends something out...not sure, but i think for the most part they prefer to shuttle u around in either the 300td red wagon, or the dodge caravan painted over
