dude passenger side was TOO easy, the ballast is mounted to the back of my front bumper chassis support metal.. right above/next to the headlamp washer tube.
The drivers side is way trickier tho, matter of fact I dont think mine is securely placed and I will probably have to find another spot for it.
I didnt drill btw everything is done with 3m double sided tape.

PHASE VIII: cf front lip (yes these are not in order, just what comes to mind first)
Ordered it from Gary@suvneer and truthfully speaking wasn't very pleased with the fitment. In fact you could say it sucked. I have pretty decent gaps on either side and the raised portion on either end of the lip doesn't fit into the matching cutout under the sides of my front bumper (my cutouts are significantly smaller) and as a result an even bigger gap existed. So I ended up taking a dremel and grinding down those raised sections trying not to go all the way trhough but I did a bit. So I drilled 2 tiny holes in either tip to allow for water that may accumulate to drain out since these points closest to the wheel well are the lowest points on the lip. I then used 10 bolts, washers and lock nuts to do the attaching. Still need to get some black touch up paint to cover up the ones that show a bit. But overall it looks good and you dont really notice the gaps unless your right up on it. the front looks great and the fitment there is good. But I'm in the middle of talking to gary@suvneer right now to see what the problem is with my lip and if its defective or what. but here are some pics.
I'll post some pics showing the gaps tomorrow or something.

there's no real good fitting CF lip for the W203 because they are copied from the lip from Carlsson for the W209. one company did it first and then crap load of other manufacturer followed. in other words, they're replicas of replicas of replicas.
90% of these lips needs to be forced up and tighten so that they have little gaps.

Almost all of them that I have seen look that way. Don't feel bad they all slant a little down (atleast all the ones I have seen)

thats correct mav, I got my from bobby at suvneer and fitment SUCKED but I hear its like that no matter who you buy it from, but after fighting with it for a while it actually looks pretty good, I have 6 screws and washers down there. I painted the screws black so you couldnt see them. Glad you finally got it up bro looking good

looking really nice. Like your TSW's. And I agree on the lip, i got mine from JL motoring..needed a little bit of muscle to force it in but it's not bad at all. Yours actually looks pretty decent i didnt even notice it until i really looked at the side..nonetheless..car looks really good

thanks guys really appreciate it...she's still a work in progress...been focusing alot on audio recently. been looking to sell my 2 JL 10w0's so I can get a JL 8w7 to save the trunk space. But next on my agenda is a front sway bar and then hopefully my exhaust and diffuser which I've had sitting in my apt for 2 months now.
