I don't think the bosch and valeo is the same. The valeo is direct bolt on and the bosch needed to be modded at least for the preface lift cars. There threads about it on the c32 forum.

My valeo came directly from valeo, i think it even said it was made in france too. It was direct bolt on to my c32. I've had it for 30k without any problems

Just do a search next time.
