2002 C230KMT
![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Have a 2002 C230KMT without Command or K2 packages. My dealer wants 2 grand to install a V60 phone, which just seems too much to spend. Does anyone have any suggestions for aftermarket car kits that work with either Nokia 3390 or Motorola Star Tac (I already own both)? Is it possible to use any of the preinstalled wiring (overhead mic, dashboard/steering wheel controls) with an aftermarket kit? Any help would be appreciated.

almost impossible to use the wheel controls for anything besides the mb phone kits.
also almost impossible to get any phone to work in the MB kits besides the MB firmwear models here in the us.
it may be possible to aquire kits/ phone hardware from the euro market where MB offers more then just 2 motorola products.... however i think when all is said and done your gonna be REAL close to the 2k you caould have spent on the v60 kit, and you went through a big hassel to do it![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
