02 C230K screaching noise
I noticed that when driving aggressivly......like maybe............racing sum1........that my car has a squeaking noise from the front of the car. I was driving with my friend today and he noticed it and immediatly said it sounds like ur pulley's are slipping and this made me think..............I went to install an ASP pulley b4 and we saw that my crankshaft key was demolished and the stock pulley had a groove on it from where the key used to be ANDDDDDD a peice of the crankshaft itself had been taken out. We put it back together praying it would work or break completely...car is running the same as the day i bought it but I notice that squeak and so do the ppl driving next to me. Is it just a gear thing (6 speed) or do u tech guys think its actually the pulley itself? I'm going in for service monday cuz my oil is low and tires are bald im gunna get alot done i want to know if i should tell them to mess around down in the pulley area!
