Eurocharged ECU Tune 320,240,280 models - $165!!!!

They were great had an issue flashing my car but I have had issues with star not talking to my car properly so don't blame them for that. They got it done and all I can say is wow.
I didn't think i would really notice anything different well i am glad i was wrong. The car has a meaner sound to it then it use to and my dad also said that too. It revs faster and goes faster what more could you want. I will update you guys once i have driven it for a few days and can also check fuel millage.

What company doesn't take phone calls? I assume that everyone here understands that if they send an email and they don't get a response, that they should call or PM, both of which won't get lost in cyberspace.
In my opinion it's common sense.

I'm a non BS kind of guy. I'm not going to kiss ***, nor will I filter my responses to make a buck. Either you want to do business with us, or you don't. I learned a long time ago that you cannot please everyone. Those that you can't please are usually the ones that you don't want as customers.
We respnd to all forms of communication in a timely manner and I will continue to defend the company I own when I know for a fact the emails were not received. We also have a state of the art PBX phone system that logs each time when someone calls. If you tell me you called at 10:15am and someone didn't answer, rest assured I will be checking the logs. Everyone at EC knows my IT background and that I take customer service seriously. I also log every email, even the ones that are rejected by our Barracuda Spam filter. If the Barracuda didn't get the message, then it was either not sent or lost in cyberspace.....neither of which is my fault.

I think Jerry and everyone at Eurocharged does a great job and I am happy with my tune. Tommy, you should stop being a dick and understand that they are doing the best they can. I certainly had no problems with my tune.
Speaking of tunes, I will have to retune mine soon. Just picked up a Brabus 4-tip exhaust yesterday, can't wait to put it on!
