I believe it is bolted to the floor of the car, that's how it is in other "UN-NAMED" cars. I am pretty sure the buckle is replaceable..

The receptacle part should bolt to the floor. Obvious once you get the seat out, just make sure you torque them back right if you replace them.

However, if you are talking about the black plastic that goes around the buckle part, I believe the only way to get that is to replace the entire belt/buckle assembly.

Correct. which was it again the OP said broke? are the seats belt in this car in any relation to the SRS airbags?

They're as one. SRS means Supplemental Restraint - airbags are supplement for the belts.

A problem with the front two buckles can cause the SRS light to illuminate. All outboard seats have pre-tensioners, and problems with those will also cause an SRS warning.

I see. thanks, if the seltbelt buckle malfuctions can that lead to the airbag prematurely deploying or cause it not to deploy in a car accident?

If the SRS light is on, your bags may not function in a crash.
