what's your view on getting a 'used' OEM Cd Changer?
I can trust the seller (Steve) but I am not sure on how the quality of used benz changer.
what's the warranty if you buy it new (e.g., from Autoclass?)

Buy it from Steve. You can trust him as a seller, and you should also be able to trust his products. I haven't bought anything from him, but I would be confident in my purchase. He seems to sell quality products, and if there are any flaws with a product, he will tell you before you buy. A new changer could have just as many problems as a used one. Sometimes they break, it doesn't matter where you buy it.
