Well I love this car, there is only 1 C240 in my country. The rest are all C180Ks or C200Ks and very few C230Ks. Besides I have some spare change for engine mods. It's already modded cuz I know no stock c240 does 7.8 secs from 0-100.

I also looked up in EPC, Datacard for that VIN confirms, it's a C240.

That damn thing is asking for credit card info. So that's why I never register.

http://epc.startekinfo.com/epc/home.jsp

Free for US residents. Credit card info is asked (while signing-up) but they don't charge anything on the card.

You can access EPC from anywhere around the world - after you get your login and password. I used to access from other countries while on business trips.

Haha ya man it isn't fast. But for a C240, its a good start. Stock does 8.7 or 8.5, so I'm better than that. God I wish there were 240 Kompressors becuz putting in Superchargers take long. Btw I like your signature pic, looks cool.

Are all w203s around the world have the same performance?? All stock 203s I mean. Cuz I'm thinking my C240 isn't modded engine wise, maybe the Japanese 240s are fast already? Compared to US or European or Aus C240s. Maybe every 203 in each region around the world has it's on specs and performance. Or maybe my 240 must be modded then. Haha mind boggling

idk never got her dynoed or anything. If i had to guess i would say mid to low 7's. Not too many engine mods for the M271 out there. Right now its got exhaust and K&N filter. Couple of vendors have ECU tunes out so thats what i'll probaby do next

Night and day difference.

V8..extra pistons. So big that a C55 motor won't fit in your engine bay. That's why the have the longer CLK front end so the engine fits.

168hp vs 362hp = 194hp
177tq vs 375tq = 198hp

9sec vs 5sec

Difference is pretty huge.

Modding the C240 is going to cost way more than just going out and buying s C55. Spend your money on cosmetics on the C240. No way will you get that car to C55 specs. Not even with any FI setups.

I don't know how much you can sell the C240 but a well maintained..low mileage C55 is around 22k these days.

Well my car is not 168 Hp for sure (well not when it was bought). A stock 240 must be 168 but anyways I can't buy a c55 Amg in my country becuz there isnt one neither a c32. And plus my mechanic loves challeges, so he's going to try to max out the 240 as much as possible. I hope to have the fastest and most light weighted C240 in the world. A work in progress now...
