Tri-Star Imports of Ellisville, MO. I gave them top marks on the questionaire after my Service A, a few setting changes with the DAS, alignment and minor warranty work. My service advisor knows a lot, but realizes he doesn't know it all and was receptive to trying things we learned on this forum.

When I showed the No Phone message removal printed from here to my advisor, she was amazed and asked me to inform her about any interesting findings in the future. So far, a great lady!

I get a different service advisor every time I start a "service request". If any parts are required it takes a minimum two days or another visit. Right now my C320 is on its third day at the dealer for a short list of problems, one was an oil leak that turned out to be a faulty transmission oil cooler/radiator. I don't need/use their loaners all the time but received an E320 once and a 240 a couple of times. Too bad I have to get serviced so often but the car is worth it.

Since Auto Stiengler is so incompetent, I will try Keyes next.
