Hids problem
So i got my hid kit a couple of days ago.
I installed them and everything was working fine for a day or two. Then i got a message on my dash saying check front right headlight, low beam. I checked my headlights but they were working fine, nothing was wrong despite the error code.
Then last night, i go to turn on my car, my right HID is not working, but my left one is. Tonight, it started working and then after i came back to turn on the car again it wasn't working.
Does anyone know what could be the problem. Is it just a bad ballast or something.

+3 definitely that's your problem.
I don't know if you can find someone with STAR or how much they charge but your other option would be to get error eliminators.

If you dont want to buy the eliminators you can always do this DIY This what I did to my HID and I havent had a problem since my initial install.

Although, could it be the ballast ? Because , i dont understand how one side works and one doesnt? if i needed the error code eliminators, shouldn't it be for both sides.

Agreed. If you want it done right the first time with no problems, just change the xenon settings via STAR. Not sure how much the dealer charges but there's an option. Pretty sure a reputable Indy in your area can do the same.

Yeah i understand that
but does anyone know if it could also be my ballast ? It seems like if it was the xenon = present problem that both of the headlights wouldn't work

Doubt it would be the ballast I put my HID's on for oneday and they did the same thing but my buddy tried another NEW ballast and it did the samething . So I say it the setting man.
