ok guys just an update i took the car to exprienced Indy who used to work for bmw stealer for 15 years and i think he found the problem. The problem is exhaust manifold gasket is leaking, i'll be taking the car in tmr, im going to update after i get the car back tmr hopefully with positive news!

Yes that can sound terrible. Not common.

Just bad luck - manifold might not have been torqued properly or just a bad gasket. Don't go on driving like that or you might erode the manifold or head & have to have them refaced.

Funny this pruge valve, its very difficult to find one in stock as well, I have to pre order one if I want a replacement..j
