Weird vibration from starting engine

Check to see if the enginee oil is at level. I have that problem and notice that the engine oil was getting lowed. I had at least 2 quart and now the vibration is minimize.

I'm the second owner of this vehicle. I have no records of what the 1st owner did but from when i got the car at 36,000 miles i have now 53,000 and always have done regular oil changes from 3k-4k intervals.
I am way passed by service B but wasn't too sure if it was needed.
When would i need to change the spark plugs / engine belt / tranny fluid?
But yeah... it just started up really rough... just more than usual =/

Spark plugs i think are 5 or 7 years or 100k
don't know serpentine belt but check it for cracks i would say when you do spark plugs if it is in good condition.

With the fleece filter you are changing the oil every 3-4k miles? You're throwing money away big time on that. Best do the oil services less often and tranny ones more.

Plugs. Plugs are a 60K miles or 100K kms item.
Is the idle rough only at startup after sitting a long time (ie overnight)? Does the rough idle go away after driving for a little bit?
If so: Plugs. Your plugs are old and need changing. When the engine is cold they don't work well enough and you get misfires, thus the rough idle. Once the engine is warm the plugs work better.

Spark plugs on the M272 W203 which the OP has, is 91,000 miles or 5 years. Oil changes are 13K miles or 1 year. Transmission service is every 39,000 miles (non-time dependent). Serpentine belt has no specified change interval, it is to be checked every Service B. Mine has never been changed, and I am at 85K miles, and it is still in good condition.
As for the vibration, check engine/transmission mounts, run a bottle of Techron for a tank, try different fuel, etc.
