Wouldn't sound the same and if you want the exact set up that the W204 is running, then be ready to shell out a lot of money for it. Labor would not be cheap nor would the materials. Still not sure how it would work, though. Maybe better a chance would be trying to put a C55 exhaust on a W203?

Better off going with an Eisenmann exhaust I think.

The factory sells a kit to convert W203's with a 112 engine (V6) to a C55 exhaust. It even includes a new spare tire well for the trunk that allows the new pipe to pass by. Those Germans think of everything.

Besides getting a Corvette? FrankW’s C32 exhaust configuration is pleasing to the ear.
