C230 Sport Sedan Spare

A question to all the C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan owners. My car has 17" wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport all around, but with a 16" spare with non-Z-rated Michelin tire in the trunk. According to the manual, it should come with a full size spare and 225/45/17 is listed as being a full size spare in the manual. What size of spare did you all have in your trunk?

If it says in the manual that it should have a 225/45-17, then it should. But if it only says full size spare, then it could have a 16" A 205/55-16 is the same outside diameter as the 17", so it is actually a full size spare as opposed to a donut spare which has a smaller diameter.
