Arm rest issue, please help!

Somehow the center arm rest popped off today as i was going to work. Spend 20mins on it (late for work) but still can't get it back on.
It's an 06 C230, from what I've read online i have to keep both tabs and the center pin pushed in and then put it in place? tough to to with only 2 hands.
Wondering if i could get a simpler explanation. There seems to be nothing broke, it just popped out of place.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

if you think that one is bad try the one that are in the 2001-2004 that open left or right, that is even worse to re-attach
