Have anyone made some video on C230K drag with other cars?
I have seen many drag videos on the C32 and SL55 forums, just want to see have any of you guys got one to post?

After 140 people read the post but no reply? Is it because people think I am immature? Anyway, I was a little bit boring today and decide to make a little video on my C230K against other cars. Since my friend was at my house, we both got out to the highway and did a little video together.. He got a 02 RSX(160hp) w/5speed auto, basically, his car is stock except for the K&N CAI and Eibach Pro Kit. We did a little drag from 90km/h-160km/h. Because he have higher rev limit and lower hp, I have to start with 3rd gear while he start with 2nd. Even my C230K have more weight (appox 3700lb, 3400lb for the car + me and camera man),
the extra 32hp and 70lb-ft torque really help me to pass the RSX easily.
The first video is a side by side rolling start while the RSX have 1 car length in advantage to start in the second video.

Can you post some runs against a RSX-S.

That would be cool to see... or the same runs against a stock WRX would be nice too....

Use extreme caution.... or better yet..
go to a race track or some other place that's safe...

That's just a Base RSX with Auto.. the 160hp version. I will try to made another clip with a ASP Pulley C230K/auto VS a stock C230K Auto later the month. I will try to get difference other cars to help me with the littler drag race clip. 
Here are some of the number for that RSX auto w/CAI
0-100km: 8.18sec
1/4mile: 16.142sec
In fact, there were police shooting laser gun right after I finsih the little drag race (thank god I can see them before they point the laser at me).. I will have to be more extra careful.

Eason, what kind of intake is on your car now. Do you still have the flexable CAI intake going to the lower bumper with the alum can BOV?
Whatever car that is, sounds good in the video, do you have an aftermarket muffler?

BTW, im having trouble locating that tubing you used on your intake, i have 3 inch metal piping for all the intake except the elbow needed from the supercharger body. Its hard to connect something to this without actually inserting it in the throat of the sc body. Any thing else you have used besides the tubing?

Nice run...I just don't think it was much of a race even with the weight difference. Although thinking about it, the HP was closer then yout think becuase the RSX is FWD which loses less HP then a RWD car...his is auto which loses more then a stick...im not sure what you have...so...

I have an Auto tranny as well, it's in my signature.
X15jq: I only have K&N Cone filer in my car with the stock piping. The flexable CAI was my friend's car and I setup for him. Now, he got the ASP pulley and dynomax muffler, I will have a run with him when the weather gets better. The flex pipe I used on my friends car is a little bit bigger then the inlet of the supercharge, since it's very flexable and have wire wire inside to reinforce the pipe, I actually jam in the pipe to the inlet of the supercharge. I just keep turn the pipe on the inlet like a screw and it goes in nicely.
I think the engine sound is from my car and I only have the cone filter installed..

well, that aren't any illegal races.. I just speed up the car for no more than 30sec or so.. it's not a street race type thing... I just want to see the mid range power of ours compare to other cars.
