Help with MTEC bulbs

Here's the deal: I caught a rock to one of my foglights and was installing the new one today. When I got the front bumper off I noticed that I have the Mtec kit (I guess the previous owner installed this?), but the cover on the back of the low beam was just kind of hanging there and not snapped into place.

When I went to put the cover back on correctly, I didn't realize how tightly the wires were zip tied and pulled the red power wire out of the back of the bulb on my low beam. I've been searching all afternoon and couldn't find an answer to these questions:

1. Does the wiring harness come apart from the back of the bulb so that I can put this wire back in (there is a screw in between power + ground but when I took it out it still doesn't look like it comes apart.

2. If I buy a new bulb, will they come with said wiring harness to plug into the ballast or no?

3. What is my best option here?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I didn't purchase bulbs yet. I'm wondering if I have to or not, or if I can take that wiring harness apart and stick the power lead back in there.
