Hello all! new member and new car - C280 4MATIC
i'm not really familiar with drops/springs... could i do that myself or is it labor/skill intensive? expensive?
this was my thinking on the exhaust tips: i dont like the look stock mufflers but i'm not into changing the whole exhaust system. i also don't really like the funny look of the AMG style tips that do that upward curve when viewed from the side. these were the shortest, least conspicuous ones i could find.
. Those are not very conspicuous either, if you ask me. You are better off keeping the tips stock. That's if you don't want to be laughed at. All the best to you! The Best of Mercedes & AMG
to do list:
-fix the open door error i'm getting lol
-fix 3rd brake lamp lolx2
-fix crack in front bumper

-delete service B error
-flush and refill AC

-waiting on new parking bulbs that hopefully match the headlight bulbs better
-RIMS!
i'm deciding between these 3 AMG reps but having a hard time deciding...

few pics before i go out for the night...hard to get clear ones damnit haha
-"8000k blue" halogen headlamp bulbs...which look white...
-"4800k diamond ultra white" halogen foglamp bulbs
-"white" LED parking lamp lights...which have a blue tint lol

kinda pricey. i bought these before i had the ***** to tint. NY law only allows 70% tint.
only info i got right now is that they are 19 inch 5x112.
from looking around, this style of wheel normally comes in an offset that would fit my car. and also the fact that i have the luxury suspension rather than the sport suspension makes me feel like they would be more likely to fit well, but i'm wondering if anyone has any experience with:
- this specific wheel style in 19 inch on a w203
OR
- any wheel style in 19 inch on a w203 and any issues they had
i was reluctant to go bigger than 19 before i found these...

those rims look like mine without the MB center caps, lol
hey if you're looking for a decent deal on rims, check out http://www.usarim.com
There's also some other place called like discount wheels or discount wheel warehouse or something with reasonable prices.
I think another thing you should put on your to do list is the sport suspension, it gives your car a nice drop but still rides great and the handling is MUCH better
mulac, seen those sites. will prob buy from one of them in the future.
gian, im scaredddddddddddddd. i know nothing about suspensions. i just get the feeling its really labor intensive and im lazy lol.
BUT i'm hoping a new SPORT PACKAGE style front bumper can be obtained through the insurance claim and make good out of this pain in the a$$ situation. :]
