There is probably a DIY thread somewhere related to the rear speakers that involve taking off that rear parcel shelf cover. Just get that off, then rivet those brackets on, and re-install the cover.

does any one has an extra black cap for one of the anchors.......I am missing one and could use it.......dont like the metal anchor exposed.........
