C230 Hardcore Pogo Fix - Whole job - 90min

Also look there for how to get the door lock out.
Anyway, I don't have the time or the care to drill out steel rivets and screw around with an airbag, or window track.
You always wondered if you could do it this way.... you can. Worked GREAT. I could do the whole thing in about an hour now. Earmark 90 minutes taking your time.

CUT A V. Fold it up. Yes. Use real metal shears/snips, it's thicker than expected, but non-structural, obviously.
Money. Note orientation (worked for me, in and out that way, if you make your V bigger you can do whatever you want)
Fold metal straight again for speaker mount. Everything is great and recovers, not rattles, etc... very solid. If you want to be super, use por-15 to prevent any mild corrosion (you won't be getting anything of note for about 15 years otherwise).
My wife is very grateful to not have pogo doors anymore. Works great. Part was $110 from RM European. I couldn't find a better deal.
