if this Coupe was not one of the two MOLYSHIELD OIL racing Coupes, that was just re-tuned to SPEED Touring Car specs. Maybe not.
I don't know. The MOLYSHIELD OIL Coupes did not make 300 HP in their SCCA category. I believe they topped off at 270 HP.

MOLY SHIELD C230 Coupes
I'm not exactly sure if they had the AMG kits on them... they may be using the facelift 2005 bumpers.
the C230 Coupes ran in SCCA SPEED World Challenge Touring circuit between 2003 and 2006.

I have a sneaky suspicion that WITTMER's red racing Coupe was once one of the MOLYSHIELD Coupes, because they were sponsored/built by AutoHaus of Pompano Motorsports.
If you look inside WITTMER's Coupe, you'll notice the AutoHaus Motorsports logo:
also, the rear wings are very similar:
Or they could just be different Coupes, with same type accessories installed by AutoHaus Pompano.
either way, cool racing Coupeys !

yup, those older ones had the AMG kit. they took out the foglights and added that chin spoiler. from the comparison pic between the new they look like the same car with different paint scheme.

Specially, as Frank pointed out, it's for the Coupe AMG front bumper.
I'm pretty sure AutoHaus Motorsports fabricated the piece themselves.
I've never seen it advertised or sold, specifically to fit a Coupe AMG bumper.

both pics in Post # 53 have the AMG Coupe front bumper, but it's hard to see the lines due to the black paint, and because it also has a customized front lip attached. The mesh grills were removed as well.
Here's a photo of my Coupe with AMG front bumper, so you can definitely see what it looks like:
