My latest mods...
A few months back, I installed the interior motion sensor (IMS). I still have to get it programed though.
Last week, I completed retrofitting the rear Parktronic, along with the wire harness for the full Parktronic. This was perhaps my most involved project so far. Still have to get this programmed. In a few months, I hope to get the rest of the parts installed for the front Parktronic (display, sensors, impact strips,...)
Here are a few photos.

Awesome, I haven't seen this done in quite a while. Great Job! That maintenance CD is paying off. When I get back to town, I hope to have mine in hand -- .
Two absolutely awesome additions to a great car. Maybe some pictures of the displays?

Unfortunately, only the quickpark install is on the maintenance DVD. For the whole Parktronic, you have to figure it out as you go. Steve emailed me some basic instructions on how the main Parktronic harness is routed.
The control unit is mounted in the front passenger-side footwell, and the wire hareness goes through the interior cable channels on both sides. You have to remove front and back seats, remove the trunk panels, and pull the front carpet out to route the wires. It took about 2 days to do. Mounting of the rear sensors, impact strip, and rear wire harness took about 4 hours.
I got a chance to shampoo all the carpet with the seats removed, and found a bit of change that had migrated down to the seat rails.

The harness is installed for the full Parktronic, with the wire lead for the front left to be connected. I have just the rear completed for now. For the completion I need the front bumper wire harness, 6 sensors, impact strips, and front display.
The pieces installed were:
Parktronic control unit
main Parktronic wire harness
wire harness from rear display -> main harness
rear bumper wire harness
4 sensors
rear impact strip
rear dome light/Parktronic display
upper control panel that includes Parktronic override button
