Rear Passenger window not going up

Rear Passenger window not going up
Well, it's been a heck of a night...first off the Powersteering pump goes to crap after adding Napa PS fluid....and now the rear window wont go up!
Before you mention it, I've turned the child-proof windows off on the switch...so that's not it
The motor sounds as if it's moving the window up the track- but the glass isn't moving - it's stuck in the down position.
Is there a way of getting the door panel off, without blowing up the Air-bag?
I have taken off door panels before on other vehicles...but this one scares me with the SRS system in the door.
Thanks so much for the insight - it's gonna be a late night - as it's my wife's Dailydriver - I'm in serious deep crap now...guess that's what I get for adding powersteering fluid!

Well there are a few DIY's on here about getting the door panels off for many different reasons. I assume you have tried to help it up right? There are three issues i can thing of off the top of my head.
1. There are two plastic pices that hold the glass to the regulator. They are a known issue in early W203's
2. The regulator or motor bound up or something.
3. for some reason there is too much resistance and the computer that controls the window thinks you are trying to close it on your fingers or something.
as for the PS pump i doubt napa PS fluid would kill the pump just like that. Whats going on with the steering?
BTW how many miles on your C320?
