2004 C240 express-close
I am a new Benz owner, picked it up last night. Its a 2004 C240 4Matic and love the way it drives. I have driven VW's for the past 7 years and there is no way to really describe driving this car, other than incredible.
I opened my driver side window and the express open works on it, but when I try to express close it, it does not express close. Any idea what could be causing this and if it is an easy fix?
Also, I noticed my summer opening features did not work for me. My father has a C230 and told me about this feature and I tried it and could not get it to work, any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums. Congrats on your new car. Sorry about the 240's hp. 
For the window, you probably need to re-sync it. Keep pressing the switch in the "closed" position for at least three seconds after it's fully closed (read about it in your manual).
For the remote opening the windows, it's probably the IR receiver in the doors; there have been many discussions on it here, so please do a search and read all about what people have done. My fix cost more money than most; I got a mods4cars module, so that I can control the opening/closing of my windows and sunroof much easier, but the price generally scares off most people.

Thank you for your reply. The car did not have the manual, but I have downloaded it from MB's website and its a lot to go through and learn... I did see the syc for the windows when I was reading through it after I posted this. I will try that when I get back out to the car...
