Oil Found in Spark Plugs... Recall Related?

Oil Found in Spark Plugs... Recall Related?
I've changed spark plugs on my 05 c230 at 64k. And found oil in bank 2,3.
Now my car was at the dealership for somethingelse and SA tells me that he took care of a service campaign related to camshaft solenoid(Recall#2009-100001). I get home and look up the recall it does involve more than what was done to my car. On my invoice, all they did was install cam maget harness adaptors. I read few other post that involved more than just harness. Does it vary depending on the condition of the car? shouldn't they be replaced anyway?? anyone know if oil in spark plugs is related to the recall?? and the whole job took about 1 hr..... am i being cheated by the dealer??

the two are not related, you could have a valve cover gasket leak and thus the oil is getting it. If the spark plugs are fouled with oil then you have a ring or valve guide problem
