problem after install Bi-xenon for c230 coupe

Can anyone here help me pls? I just got a set of bixenon headlight for my 2002 c230 coupe part # 2038205761 and 2038204659 instead 2038205861. The guy told me they the same so i trust him. took my car to dealer to set it to present i gave them instruction i print here. Im not sure how they do but the recipe say coding set to not present. Take my car home spend 3 hours to remove front bumper and install the bi-xenon. Turn on the bi-xenon headlight the high beam is work but the low beam is just blink bink then off then blink then off. are they really just plug and play or i have to do any else.

Xenon needs to be set to present if your car didn't come factory with xenons. Or else it wouldn't work.

But what's weird, bixenon hi/lo works with a flap. So if your highbeams work, then your lows should, too. Something tells me this may not be bix?

Ah, then that's not bixenon. The "small circle" you're referring to uses a halogen. Simple fix to get the HID's (xenon bulbs) working- get xenon=present settings done. Otherwise, buy error cancelers.

agreed. Your description is vague. If your encountering flickering, it could be a couple of things going on. I'm not understanding the two circles you have. You should only have one projector and the smaller circle would be your turn signal, so the description doesnt make sense to me.

neverrrrrrrrrr

mine is in the same boat age-wise... but i've been milking the mods every 3-6 months since warranty expired to refresh the "new" feeling. if you spread it out it makes it "last" longer in my opinion...

also, there are so many smaller cars in the market these days and i think our cars still look good... the only thing are the unexpected maintenance expenses, but it beats car payments. most of the time when ever i have to "fix" something.. i turn it into an upgrade and it makes keeping the car more enjoyable. unfortunately it turns into a money pit.

i say you should keep it and enjoy...
