there's isn't much details there to work with...but i would say it's not the hood or bumper. looks like the rad support isn't where it should be(looks pushed in) which is why your bumper/headlight/hoods looks like it's not lining up. as havoc stated more pictures will definitely help narrow down your problem. ps...what this car ever in a front end collision?

you should have asked to see a carfax of the vehicle...it's not always 100% accurate, but it's better than nothing. as for this problem i see it all the time, i own a body shop. here's what you can try to do...pass side of vehicle loosen the bumper by the headlight/hood and see if you can bring it forward and to the left (facing car left) if that doesn't work you'll have to either pull or adjust your rad support to get it to line up properly. if i had to guess i'd say this vehicle was impacted on the pass side before, not only because of the lining up issue but also the fender seems a bit closer to the hood than the driver side. doesn't look like the job was properly done before.

sorry i didn't see the last 2 pictures you posted, i was in the middle of writing a reply to your previous picture....your bumper seems to have a different shade of white than the fenders...is that just your camera or does it actually look slightly different in person too?

most usually are, if they could sell you a dead horse they would...it's mainly the buyer to be educated/aware and know what to ask or what to check, with any car dealership (which i also have and own) commission is based on sales. sales person is never looking out for your interest, theirs is greater no matter how much it may look like they're on your side or trying to get you a good deal. your problem with the front is nothing major though, if you're not able to do it yourself...any good body shop would be able to fix this in an hour or two max and have it all lined up perfectly unless there's some serious underlying problem such as a bent frame. hope you get it straighten out (literally)
