coefficient drag and lowering

coefficient drag and lowering

i heard was 0.27, the lowest in the car industry. is this true? if yes, would lowering the car change it?

I can't remember the exact drag coefficent, but it's somewhere around 0.27. And I doubt that's the lowest in the car industry, but probably close. Lowering the car could have an effect on this, especially because the front and rear usually get lowered different amounts. Also, the flow of air under the car would probably change. But I bet it's a small difference in drag. It might even make it lower, who knows?

for sedans it is 0.27, but that's definitely not the lowest. the EV-1 has a Cd of 0.19. now that's slick. (pardon the pun)
