Is there a DIY on how to replace them? Cant seem to find any

A wheel speed sensor? That should be easy enough, but I don't know of a tutorial. This won't be the cause of your transmission issue, though, as I'm sure you know.

mmmm ok then.... Also where you switch from park r etc the wires were loose and in the inside the parts were messed up... can that be part of the problem or no?
