Slow window up and down

A few weeks ago my front passenger window became real slow going up and down. I took off the panel and lubed everything up but no change. In my experience the window motors usually die suddenly and not get low over tim. Anyone had this problem? if so what did u do to fix it?

I spray a little pure silicon yearly on the felt window guides to lessen the friction of the glass travelling through it & lower the electric motor load.

This will probably not fix your problem but may help.

Make sure that the window slides easily in it's guide channels. Use talcum powder or silicone as JC suggests. Have the window regulator torque reset by a dealer.
