I drive a Toyota Hybrid...
well maybe time to say good bye...?
so finally got my benz all fixed up and running like brand new... I was talking to my neighbor who has a 1300hp 1960s camero about selling my benz the other day.. he said he might find a buyer for me 2 days later, his step daughter saw my car sitting on the driveway, she loved it right away so i offer them $6k (below KBB) price + a bumper repaint from all the rock chips on it..
if it all goes well.. (hope she doesnt' mind the really bumpy coilover... its adjustable for comfort anyway) then i guess it be final

Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. Some people DO tend to work on their vehicles and engines, you know.
I'd like to hear/see a little more about that 1300hp Camaro, though. It's not every day you come across one of those.

Yeah.. What's up lately??? What's with everyone selling their C class
Opps.. I think I already sold mine a month ago.
Well, I sold it to my aunt.
I am although, in the process of getting a new oner.. Once with a V6.
Saw a few new C300, but don't like the style and prefer this old fashion style instead.

I drive a Toyota Hybrid...
ok so seems like is a go, now i got a few question. my neighbor's step daughter said they will give me payment... they will first give me $1000 down for now
and every month afterward they will give me $500, and i can still keep the car title until the car is paid off.
now my worry is, once she gave me the $1000, she gonna start driving my car around, while i still have the title under my name, in case anything happen am i gonna be responsible for them? like if she kill someoone with my car the cop and the driver could sue me right?
please help

Smells fishy, I am no lawyer but something doesn't sound right. If you are in the Market to sell just find another buyer. Someone who will pay you up front and you're worry free.

Hell to the No!!!
There is a liability issue. Like the other poster said, you are not the bank. Does not work that way.
What if she got into an accident?? She has not insurance? Sure the other person will after you. With or without that she is sincere.
Bottom line is, don't touch it with a 10ft stick with this idea.
Unless you have deep pockets and don't mind donating.

All this while you hold on to both the car and the title.
