ok so seems like is a go, now i got a few question. my neighbor's step daughter said they will give me payment... they will first give me $1000 down for now
and every month afterward they will give me $500, and i can still keep the car title until the car is paid off.
now my worry is, once she gave me the $1000, she gonna start driving my car around, while i still have the title under my name, in case anything happen am i gonna be responsible for them? like if she kill someoone with my car the cop and the driver could sue me right?
please help

If they want the car right away, your neighbor should be paying the whole thing off for her and she can just slowly pay her stepdad back.. makes more sense to me.

ok so here is what happened guys, they say if i don't feel comfortable with it, then i could look for other buyers, but they still say they can assure that i will take no risk because they will get new auto insurance under their name while the title still belong to me, i don't know hwo that works but sound fishy 
o well i got my car back and the front been repaint nicely

agreed.. What if they start making late payments.. or come up with excuses over time saying that something wasn't working properly so they don't think it's worth that amount.
Also, the fact that the dad doesn't step in to deal with this in his own hands (He pays you fully, daughter pays him back over time) or they couldn't even put HALF down says something.. too much of a risk I say.

Ask the dad why he wouldn't put up the money and have his daugther pay him back over time, if everything truly is as straight forwards as he makes it out to be.
Or have him put half of the money up, should he not have 6-7k, or whatever it is, lying around. If they are not capable of coming up with that amount, both together, she shouldnt be driving a car she already can't afford now.

Car looks good Jordan, you should really get that front lip again if the car does sell. If the car is not giving you trouble I don't see why you couldn't drive it till the wheels fall off

meh i really wish i could.. but this car been giving me a lot of problem, alternator, CPS sensor, tranny leak, bushing sqeak all those problem making me sick of it... i am pretty sure those goes bad coz of ages since my car is reaching 10 years old 
i really do enjoy this car, it was my first car and i enjoy turning a old lady car into a manly looking car with the current color 
i got lot of compliment from people saying my car looks like a 2008 or 2010 C class 
because of the exterior mod i have thanks to this forum for all the help 
if i don't get rid of the old, the new one wont' come in
dont laugh but i been eyeing this car for quite a while now

meh at the GS...i drove one at one of their event on a short auto-x run. the car has zero steering feedback except the power delivery is pretty smooth.
