I FIXED ISSUE code reader p2188 2006 c280 4matic
i bought a code reader after my check engine light came on. it says p2188
( system to rich @ idle bank 1 and 2) well needless to say the code reader company does not have a answer.
so pleading for help. dont want to drive till i figuar it out and fix.
here is a list of things i have recently have done to car.
i put approx 4gl of gas in from a new service station. now have a 1/4 of tank
then before that i changed the oil and air filters. i used for oil MANN-FILTER HU718/4X and i got a mann air filter came with 2 and replaced.
i drove it about 60miles before the light came on.
so any info on this would be greatful

the issue has been fixed.
this is how and what was wrong with mine.
after the oil change i did the filters apon putting the top cover back on it was up about 1/2inches up i tried putting weight on it still did not snap on . had to take my fist to it. then it snapped on.
i put 120 miles on my car before the check engine light came on. hope to god its ok
