this sucks
i had my c30k sedan for like less than a month old.....well actually almost a month....and there are many problems with things like car kicking back...werid vibration when putting on reverse.....this is really frustrating..sigh......
just need some place to express my feeling..

It's a Mercedes. The key is to find out who the best service writer is and make that your best friend, send him Christmans, birthday cards, booze, you'll be spending a lot of time with him.
BTW, just dropped my car off again today for my 20th loaner. Not too shabby for a 2002....

I still don't know what you mean by kicking back, but everything you've described sounds not-so-normal. You've put down a good amount of cash, and lazy service people shouldn't stand in the way of your being happy with your purchase.
