I'd Love to debadge, If you take a look at the last pic you would see that I did

The first time I took off the C230 part i used a hair dryer and dental floss so i peeled the c230 and it left a lot of residue glue

i peeled the residue and some paint chipped

the C230 covered the paint so I decided to paint black and replace to hide the paint chip

 

Pic during the day of my ride cleaned up

Rims holding up 100% even after hard scrubbing and washing, no peels cracks or anything

 

I think all the parts you plasti-dipped looks good, but the smoked side marker has got to go.

 

That sucks man. That's weird the paint chipped off. Mine was on for ten years and when I debadged I had no problem at all.

 

Yeah but mine was on for only like 5 years I think the glue was still really strong

maybe one day ill debadge and repaint the area... how hard could it be

 

So your telling me you like it better orange? i think the black goes with the rims and plasti dip

some euro impact strips would be nice though

 

Get it painted or get euro impact strip

 

know any good source of impact strips?
