how do technical service bulletins work?

how do technical service bulletins work?
do i just go to the dealership and they fix everything thats on the list? (i saw a bunch of tsb's on edmunds.com) i didnt buy my car new, if that matters.

your car has lots of recalls which are covered free...i'd call the dealership and ask which recalls have been performed and not...
bulletins arent free their just for the dealership that they recogize a problem

did u call the dealership?
if they say their are no recalls then ask which recalls were already performed
theirs a head gasket recall, transmission recall, cam magnet recall and probally others
