2004 news from Canadian dealers
note changes apply to European versions... not necessarily for North American ones.

With the Facelift of the C-class in February 2004, Mercedes-Benz will replace the C32 AMG V6 Kompressor with the 55 AMG V8. Allegedly the AMG V8 is to get somewhat more HP than the current CLK55 AMG.
To make the C55 AMG stand out more from the rest of the C-Class line up, it will get the same headlamps as the CLK. The rest of the C-Class line will keep the same headlamps but will get clear lenses.

For Europe, the C-Class will get a little facelift in February 2004.
The car will receive a new instrument cluster and a revamped shifter console. The seats will be improved and a new version of command will be released.
Other then that the car should stay relatively unchanged.
No news yet on how soon we will be seeing the changes here in Canada, but it usually does not take long.
