Does anyone know how to align headlights of a 2003 C230k sedan? I dont have the bixenons but the driver side headlights seems to be lower than the passenger. Any suggestions....

Hey I just was in an accident with my C-230 coupe. We also had problems with aiming. Even know they are different headlights, the patterns are the same. They are called E-code or European code headlights. Since most of the light is supposed to be on the passenger's side, the driver's side is aimed lower just to not give glare to oncomming traffic. What ever you do DO NOT TOUCH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is normal, They aimed them at the Hella factory or in your case the Bosch factory.

There are a couple of adjustment knobs/screws that will allow you to do this. STFF or RTFM. But make sure that you adjust the correct side. First you'll have to determine which one sits correctly and then do the other side. Just because one is higher doesn't mean it is adjusted correctly. I think Buellwinkle posted a link to some aiming instructions on here a while back. Good luck.
