Would like to upgrade from halogen to bi-xenon
Hello everyone
I'm a new member. I have a 2005 C230K 4DR Sedan with stock halogen headlights that look like this
I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade them to OEM Bi-xenon headlights?
I checked out a few places, and came away with:
OE Lighting
Driver
Passenger
or
My Mercedes Parts
I actually emailed OE Lighting to ask them, but surprisingly they said:
So, it's not possible to upgrade to bi-xenon headlights?
I'm really new to modding my car, sorry for a noob question.
Thank you!

If your vehicle has halogen headlights, the bi-xenon headlights will not fit properly in your car. Some companies can provide a bi-xenon conversion kit, though we do not carry those parts. We only provide the complete assembly OE headlamps.
We do have both of those bi-xenon headlights available, though we would suggest making sure you can find those conversion kits and someone to install those before purchasing.

It is fully possible to have BI-Xenon lights on your car. As the case with me, i had halogen and now have Bi-Xenon.
If you are going OEM they will fit perfectly and should have no fitment issues. Only extra thing you need is to have the Xenon=Present setting activated on your vehicle so they function properly and not flicker.

How sensible. One decision you will have to take is whether you want the auto leveling which is the legal way. If you need the auto leveling retrofit instructions just shout.

upgrade to OEM bi-xenon
if l leave it on auto it works fine until i start the car and then it flickers. Tomorrow i will use Xentry passthru to do the Xenon present hopefully this will allow me to leave the lights on auto with out the flickering.
l have a doner car with all the auto leveling and wiring. is it easy to do the job right and do you have the manual for that.
Thanks
