Brake clearance on C320

So, I'm getting together all the parts to do a C32 brake upgrade on my 03 C320. I was thinking of doing the rears firstand waiting to spring to do the fronts. This is for 2 reasons, 1 the rears are in pretty bad shape as it is, and they also need new wheel bearings pretty badly. Fronts will last a few more months.

I have 300mm rotors and C32 2 piston rear calipers ready to go on the back. Will the 300mm rotors and C32 calipers clear the std 16" steel winter wheel in the rear? This would save me a lot of grief right now as I have almost new 16" winter tires on the car and don't want to buy new 17" winter wheels right now - I know I need 17's to clear the fron C32 calipers. I do have the 17" Evolution wheels that were my summers. This would give me a chane to drive the car with new rear brakes on the 16" wheels until I can decide what to do about summer/winter etc... I need new summer tires anyways, so I might get new 18s for summer wheels and use the stock 17 Evo's for winters.

Will the 16" steelies clear the C32 rears for now?
